Job Description:

• Learning document tender, i.e BoQ, Drawing, or survey to job site if needed.
• Prepare Design for Fire Fighting Sistem which adapt to customer needs in term of engineering base Vs Commercial budget.
• Prepare the BoQ (Bill of Quantity) include the technical specification.
• Prepare the budget refer to the BoQ.
• Prepare the technical document for submission to end user / buyer.
• Attending technical clarification together with technical presentation.
• Providing Datasheet, Technical Bid Evaluation, and preparing the Approval Material sheet.
• Providing Project Manufacturing Data Report / MDR.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible providing correct, accurate, effective and efficient design as per International Code / Certification, such as NFPA, EN, BS, LPCB, UL and FM.
• Responsible to clear up technical challenge during the Design, Procurement, Construction and Hand Over and Maintenance period.

Requirement:

• Passed Graduated from University with minimum satisfied index grade.
• 3 Years minimum experience in same position, with success record is a must.
• Excellent performer of Ms Word, Excel and Power Point, and design programme such like.
• Having own vehicle / car / motorcylce, (there would be allowance in return from company to employee).
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Leadership skill is a must.
• Teamwork, and good attitude.
