Job Description
1. Manage office operational needs (office supplies, inventory, facilities).
2. Perform data collection, maintenance, and control of company inventory.
3. Organize and supervise the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the work environment.
4. Coordinate office facility repairs and communication with vendors.
5. Manage transportation needs, business trips, and operational vehicles.
6. Assist with licensing, documentation, and general administration.
7. Perform other GA tasks as required by the company.
Qualifications
1. Minimum age of 25 years old.
2. Minimum education of high school/vocational school/equivalent.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in General Affairs (preferred).
4. Able to work neatly, meticulously, and in an organized manner.
5. Possess good communication and coordination skills.
6. Able to work under pressure and multitask.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
8. Possession of a Class A/Class C driver's license is a plus.
